PrizePool is EXCLUSIVELY for adults aged 18 years or older. This is a mandatory legal requirement with ZERO exceptions. Any user found to be under 18 will face immediate and permanent account termination with forfeiture of all funds.

PrizePool ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates a rewards and gaming platform that involves financial transactions, monetary rewards, skill-based games, QuizBet entertainment contests, and chance-based gaming activities. Due to the nature of these services, strict age restrictions apply.

QuizBet contests are provided for entertainment purposes only. PrizePool does not hold regulatory gambling licenses, and by joining any quiz or wagering component you accept full responsibility for potential losses or inconvenience.

NO EXCEPTIONS: Inability to provide verification due to lost documents, privacy concerns, or other reasons does not excuse the requirement. If you cannot verify your age, you cannot use the Platform.

6. Consequences of Underage Use

If we discover or have reasonable suspicion that a user is under 18 years of age, we will take immediate and severe action:

6.2 No Refunds or Compensation
